When we grind
We grind the day your order ships — never before.
This keeps aroma and oils intact, especially for lighter roasts.
How to pick your grind
Whole bean – best for freshness; grind just before brewing.
Filter grind – for pour-over or drip machines.
Espresso grind – fine and even; suited for high pressure brewing.
French press grind – coarse and chunky; allows cleaner plunges.
You can adjust this anytime in your subscription settings.
Freshness window
Your coffee tastes best within 4 weeks of roast date.
After that, it’s still good — but loses brightness and crema.
Tip: Keep beans sealed and away from light or heat. Don’t store them in the fridge.
